[manjaro-dev] the synaptics touchpad driver

I don't know about Mate, but in Deepin this seems to be an issue not of 
specific hardware but of the DE itself. Mouse/Touchpad settings in the 
control center there will only work when xf86-input-libinput is not 
installed and xf86-input-synaptics is present.
