[manjaro-general] Manjaro Mirror in Taiwan is Out of Date for 3 Weeks

Hi Manjaro Teams,

Last sync of Manjaro mirror http://free.nchc.org.tw/manjaro/ was 3 weeks
ago. NCHC said they has changed the IP address and informed the upstream
<https://lists.manjaro.org/pipermail/manjaro-mirrors/Week-of-Mon-20190610/000070.html>two
weeks ago. However, that mailing list seems inactive for a while. Please
help fix it as this is the only mirror in Taiwan.
