Hi Ismael,

Looking at your command:

> --exclude-from="/mnt/datos/instalaciones/linux/exclude.txt"
> rsync:http://mirror3.layerjet.com/manjaro/stable/
> /mnt/datos/instalaciones/linux/manjaro

you specify the remote server's protocol as rsync: then again as http: .
Try with something like:

rsync -arv --exclude-from="/mnt/datos/instalaciones/linux/exclude.txt"
rsync://mirror3.layerjet.com/manjaro/stable/
/mnt/datos/instalaciones/linux/manjaro
