[manjaro-general] Second Update-Pack available for Manjaro 0.8.8

This update-pack brings you [KDE 4.11.4][3] and updated kernels. Firefox and thunderbird got updated to the latest versions. _Some posted some issues with ice-tea and firefox. Please uninstall that plugin if it occurs at your end to._

**Current supported kernels:**

  * Linux34 **3.4.72** - our default kernel series for Manjaro 0.8.7
  * Linux38 **3.8.13.13** - stable extended support kernel maintained by Canonical
  * Linux310 **3.10.22** - it gets better with each update …
  * Linux311 **3.11.10** - stable extended support kernel maintained by Canonical
  * Linux312 **3.12.3** - current stable release by Linus.
