[manjaro-dev] built sonar images don't speak

hi
I noticed the icons, but wasn't sure if that was due to the magnifier
being turned on (it'll sometimes cause that) or something else. I'll
adapt our manjaro-tools.conf file. Is there some way to know when
significant changes to that file have been done so I know to look at it?
