Also the folder, where the config is stored had changed.

[phil at manjaro manjaro-tools]$ ls ~/.config/manjaro-tools
manjaro-tools.conf  manjaro-tools-iso-profiles.conf

You can also force manjaro to a profile folder by creating a file called
manjaro-tools-iso-profiles.conf with the proper content:

[phil at manjaro manjaro-tools]$ cat ~/.config/manjaro-tools/*iso*
run_dir=/home/phil/dev/git/manjaro/basic/manjaro-tools-iso-profiles
