[manjaro-dev] pamac stuck

As per my usual conservatism; I think you should stick with 0.9.0 until the
AUR support has undergone more testing.

IMO keep the newer 0.9.2+ series in the unstable and testing branches so
capable users keep testing it, but don't roll it to stable any time soon.
