[manjaro-dev] Static (non-rolling) option

Can it be called as a Manjaro-respin ;)
Manjaro-IB (Icebound Manjaro)!

maybe a monthly or 3-montly release cycle for it?
(I dont have much knowledge/experience on how long the release cycle
should be.)
