[manjaro-mirrors] Update Mirror - Freedif

mirror.freedif have changed location and is now in Singapore, with a 1 GBPS connection, including RSYNC.
The hardware has also been refreshed for greater performance and reliability.


Would you be able to update your mirror list to update the entry of Freedif?
