[manjaro-general] NetworkManager leaking data

Dear all,
We have been trying to contact you several time at different addresses with
no success.
Network Manager is leaking data outside the VPN
If you run a Wireshark session on Manjaro KDE 20, with VPN active, you can
see it will ping archlinux.org, with VPN connection and in plain text.
Please let us know how we can report this issue ?
