[manjaro-general] manjaro-general Digest, Vol 67, Issue 2

When I had looked in to deepin it turns out that in tne media it was
reported that user data was be sent back to the makers of deepin . it was
pointed out that other de do the same . the difference was that in china
their are no rights for the company not to turn over data to the state at
request . as we have in the west constitutional rights and a like

so they are not doing any thing different than any other de . they are just
located in a country that can not say no to any thing the government asked
for

were did I get this info . well when I started to use deepin are start
looking into it and this is what I found from various website so I stop
using it even though it was a nice de
