[manjaro-general] Is LUKS passphrase meaningless?

Hi Masaki,

we had tested the final release and all was fine, working as expected.
Also I'm about to start the next development cycle for Manjaro 16.10.

I might release a new ISO soon. If you like you can test the development
builds to check if you see that error still.
