[manjaro-general] Update from Arch to Manjaro without reinstall

Hi João Miguel,

Manjaro has a different approach in regard of kernels and hardware
support. Please install the package 'mhwd' and its database and perform
there a kernel installation[1]. Mhwd[2] can also take care of your
graphic drivers[3].
