Run the following commands in a terminal (in this order) to try and get
pacman back up-and-running:

sudo pacman -Scc
sudo rm -fR /etc/pacman.d/gnupg
sudo pacman-keyring --init
sudo pacman-keyring --populate archlinux manjaro
sudo pacman-mirrors -g
sudo pacman -Syyuu
sudo pacman -Suu
