[manjaro-dev] GNU/Linux Issue

I am a daily GNU/Linux (Manjaro Linux) User. GNU/Linux users are facing an issue. When I copy huge files, it takes 100% of Disk Usage. So, at that time if I try to use any other software (like - Firefox, VLC etc.) while copying or moving any files in the background my pc gets stuck completely until the transfer ends or completes. On the other hand, in other OS, when I start copying huge files, the OS doesn't take 100% of Disk Usage. So, please try to fix this problem. [Note: I use HDD. I can't affort a SSD]
