[manjaro-dev] python-rawkit needs older libraw: 0.16, 0.17

Hello

using the python-rawkit I've got the error: ImportError: Unsupported
Libraw version: 0.20.2. A look at https://github.com/photoshell/rawkit
shows no activities in the last time. I think it is better to remove the
package "python-rawkit" from the manjaro repositories.
