[manjaro-dev] adding the thus installer

It should work with the latest manjaro-tools:

However only sonar profiles support 'thus' for now. Please check if
you're using manjaro-tools-iso 0.13.8-4 and the proper profiles.

If it still doesn't work you may edit following file:

/usr/lib/manjaro-tools/util-iso-image.sh

You may change line 228 from '[[ ${edition} == "sonar" ]] &&
configure_thus "$1"' to 'configure_thus "$1"'
