[manjaro-dev] Seems Sourceforge has upload issues

Hi Team,

I tried with rsync, scp and the upload widget lately with Sourceforge.
Normally I gain upload speeds up to 1MB/s with my cable connection.

With several DSL speed tests I confirmed that is not a problem on my
end. Will check now if I manage to upload it in another way.

I just wanted to notify you guys and check if you hit similar issues
currently.
