[manjaro-dev] urgent mate panel update needed

hi all
After the update from mate panel 1.12 to mate panel 1.14 accessibility
of the panel is broken. I've filed the following issue against mate
panel which has been fixed in the 1.14 branch.

Would someone mind making a temporary one time mate panel update using
the 1.14 branch? You can switch to this using git checkout 1.14 in the
pkgbuild script. This is temporary until an updated mate panel package
can come out upstream from mate, but they say they don't know when that
will happen. This fixes accessibility in the panel again and allows
blind users to navigate the panel again.
