[manjaro-dev] two packages I need help building for 32 bit

Hi Kendell,

The good news is that I was simply able to build espeak 32bit without 
problem and without changing anything ... ;)
The bad news I guess that I cannot tell you what's going wrong on your 
end ...

Let me know if I shall push the package for you in any case
