I've created a package *breeze-maia-icon-themes* already, not sure if 
that's what you mean. But Of course we can fork it for further 
customization if you can do that :) At the moment the PKGBUILD simply 
replaces a few colors of the original theme:

What's especially nice about breeze is that it includes a dark version, too.
