[manjaro-dev] 32 bit espeak update needed

Oh, I can use buildpkg? Lol I've been doing it the hard way, by using
makepkg, then copying the package and the signature into the repo and
pushing. Does buildpkg automate all that? I'll use that then. You learn
something new every day.
