[manjaro-dev] Please update with Liblouis package to the 2.6.4 release

Hi List,

I tested my Manjaro GNOME edition with latest Liblouis 2.6.4 upstream 
release.
I created a pull request with update related, the link is following:
https://github.com/manjaro/packages-extra/pull/30

Orca works perfect the updated Liblouis version too.
I increased only the version numbers and generate a new checksum with 
Liblouis 2.6.4 source tarball related.

If you have a little time, please update Liblouis package version with 
proper branches into the Package repository.
