[manjaro-dev] Liblouis Python3 binding producing traceback error message

Hi Bernhard,

I reported Liblouis related the issue with fs#44319 report in March.
The update happened I think in trunk repository for 2.6.3-1 version, but 
possible the enable-ucs4 option is forgotted to add the PKGBUILD file.
