[manjaro-dev] cannot boot anymore from an external DVD writer

He should try:

1. Reset his BIOS to defaults and see if then it works.

2. Many modern BIOS'es allow you to specifically select boot device by
pressing a key during post. Sometimes it's F1, sometimes F8, or F10,
or F12 or ESC. He should see if his BIOS supports this and if he can
boot his USB DVD drive that way.
