Hi Klearchos-Angelos,
sure you can use manjaroiso also on archlinux. A chroot system will get
created and it won't change anything on your Arch-installation. Only
thing: You have to point to our repositories in those pacman.conf files
you find in your profile directory and you might have to install some
packages you might only find in our repositories. Other than that it
should work.
