[manjaro-testing] [dev-build] 2016-10-02 - Mesa, Kernel, Calamares

Hi community,

we have updated our development builds to the current unstable branch
snapshot of 2016-10-02. This includes following changes:

- updated kernel to 4.4.23
- updated mesa
- updated xorg-stack with drivers
- updated Calamares to latest git-snapshot
- mt-0.13.8 used to build the ISO
- small fixes to XFCE and KDE

Please test and give feedback.
