[manjaro-testing] qemu 2.4.0-1 breaks pci-passthrough

So now I know it's caused by commit
b8eb5512fd8a115f164edbbe897cdf8884920ccb (see the bug report again; I
added more details). Reverting that one commit fixes the problem in v2.4.0.
