[manjaro-packages] accessibility packages not included in the live environment

Dear members and packagers.

I downloaded the official Gnome edition of Manjaro. Accessibility such 
as Orca, speech-dispatcher, espeak, espeak-data etc, these packages are 
Gnome dependenci and these packages aren't included in the live Gnome 
media. Where can I report this? Here or in issue tracker?
