[manjaro-packages] [firefox-kde] build without libevent needed

Hi Ramon,

I just synced firefox v54.0 to our 'unstable' branch [1]. Arch removed
libevent [2], since it would need a rebuild [3]. Take all the time you
need to compile 'firefox-kde'.

@Bernhard: 'firefox' rebuild I'm currently on ...
