[manjaro-mirrors] Creation of a Brazilian Mirror

It is necessary to create a Mirror on the servers of UFPR here in Brazil,
this university hosts several Linux distributions, it would be nice if you
could create one of Manjaro so that we can have a Manjaro with faster
repositories here in Brazil, something like http: //manjaro.c3sl.ufpr.br/
or ftp://manjaro.c3sl.ufpr.br/, I leave the suggestion for you!
