[manjaro-general] Emacs + GnuTLS

Hi,
I'm facing some TLS problems with Emacs-27.1 when trying to load
packages, I recieve following error:

error in process filter: Error retrieving:
https://elpa.gnu.org/Packages/archive-contents (error http 404) [2
times]

According to some reports made public by google, this error is supposed
 to be based on GnuTLS version TLS.v3.
Is there any workaround available?

I must admit, that openSUSE Tumbleweed did not show this error.
