[manjaro-general] HP devices do not run

Hello all

First of all: I'm an amateur, please be patient.

Under older versions of Manjaro the printer and the scanner were
running, now after an installation on a new machine they refuse to do
so 

Printer:	HP Color Laser Jet CP1215
Scanner:	HP scanjet 3530c

I have installed following versions:

HP Device Manager ( hplip) 1:3.20.6-3
hplip-minimal 3.19.1-1

Gnome 3.36.6
Linux 5.8.6-1-MANJARO x86_64 20.1 Mikah

I loaded down the newest available version from HP but the installation
failed.
For me it looks like these two files have a conflict. 


How can this problem be solved?
