[manjaro-general] What Mechanism Installs linux419-r8168 Alongside linux419?

Thanks.  I immediately reached for a man page; it's a shame there isn't
one.  I found and read

I see MHWD_CHECK_KMODS() in /var/lib/mhwd/scripts/mhwd that looks like
it might be relevant, given the various calls to it.  And
/var/lib/mhwd/db/pci/network_drivers/r8168/MHWDCONFIG.  Still not sure
on how installing a new kernel package with pacman(8) triggers mhwd's
efforts.  Or does it require mhwd to be used directly?
