[manjaro-general] e4defrag the / partition

Hi all,

In the past, e4defrag would mess up the root filesystem ( / ), when it
was mounted as /, because of special device files in /dev, and perhaps
other things too.

e4defrag, required to boot from another linux installation, mount the
root filesystem we want to defrag, to a directory, and run e4defrag
there.

Has this changed? Can we run e4defrag directly on the / filesystem?

Thank you,

Ioannis
