[manjaro-general] [Stable Update] 2018-07-24 – Kernels, Pacman-Mirrors, Vulkan, Nvidia

Hi community,

Welcome to another **stable** update. So what do we have with this one?

  * we updated most of our kernels
  * pacman-mirrors got some fixes to [filter out invalid https servers][1]
  * latest vulkan packages
  * both the nvidia [396][2] and [390][3] series got updated to their latest releases.

We hope with all these changes Manjaro to be more efficent for you all.

So please report back and give us feedback for given changes made to our repositories. Users of our 32-bit Distro should read [this][5].
