[manjaro-general] Manjaro Update 2016-02-21 (stable)

Hi,

Anyone here no what the status is with espeak?  There was a bug that was
brought up on the sonar list.  Has there been a fix for this.  Also  I
seem to loos speech after doing an update to the system.  I am running
sonar on a vm in fusion 8 with mac osx.  Thanks.
