[manjaro-general] KDE Optimization for Privilege Escalation

Just an idea, but Manjaro could use this I think.

For Octopi and other things that use kdesu, by simply editing/creating a file:

/usr/share/config/kdesurc

With the contents:

[super-user-command]
super-user-command=sudo

kdesu would then ask for the user to enter THEIR OWN password, and not root's, 
which is nice, elegant, and useful.
