[manjaro-general] Menu icons after installing apps

Hi Richard,

Hmm... this is an odd one. It looks like an issue with the upstream
package, as it installs what looks like the source, unbuilt, and with
no executable files.

Two immediate approaches:

1) Build manually:
cd /usr/lib/lazarus
sudo make

then run via:
/usr/lib/lazarus/startlazarus

This works, but you don't get an icon (and it might leave untracked
files around your system).

2) Install the version from AUR:
yaourt -S lazarus-svn

This gets you an icon.
