[manjaro-dev] Other mirrors in Brazil

Hello dear Manjaro developers,

I ran a command here to update my Manjaro mirrors and got confused by the fact that only one mirror was showing up.

The mirror of the Federal University of Parana is an excellent mirror. But there are two other mirrors not listed that would be of benefit to the Brazilian Manjaro community.

One of them is the one from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM):

https://mirror.ufam.edu.br/manjaro/

And the other one is the one from the University of São Paulo (USP):

https://linorg.usp.br/manjaro/

Here is my recommendation for these two mirrors.
