[manjaro-dev] [Manjaro Linux Support] Manjaro wont boot above version 17.0

An alternative, if you really need an older kernel would be installing with manjaro-architect. The live endocrinologist is this ISO is text only and has no graphical interface. During install you can select the desired kernel for the target install.
