[manjaro-dev] JetBrains "All Products Pack" licenses renewed

Hi devs,

Just a reminder that we have 15 licenses available for all JetBrains'
software [1], renewed through to March 20th 2018.

If you want a license key mail me off-list (from your @manjaro.org email
address).

If we need more than 15 I can request more, and also licenses for their
'team tools' (YouTrack, Upsource, Team City).
