[manjaro-dev] pamac v4.2.9

I just pushed a pre-release of pamac.

It is a pre-release because it has many new codes in order to implement 
the main new feature:
- Custom functions for building packages from AUR with deps resolution 
(and remove yaourt dep).

There are also a few new strings to translate at 
https://www.transifex.com/manjarolinux/manjaro-pamac

@Phil: Please build it at pamac-dev, waiting for v4.3.0
@All: Please test, especially building packages from AUR, and report ;)
