Manjaro is a decendant of Arch and therefore the Arch User Repository
is available to Manjaro users.

If you think an app is missing in Manjaro you should first search in
AUR. In 99% of the cases you will find it is already packaged.

In the rare case you do not find it in AUR you should look more closely
at https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_packaging_standards since
it has all the information you need.
