Ok, now also our webservers and forums are patched against this issue
with dirtyCOW. Currently I'm trying to patch the latest missing kernel
'linux49'. I'll simply use now the current 15h old git-snapshot and
release it as 4.9-rc2-0. Maybe Linus will add some more merge requests
for the final rc2 tarball, however I don't care much about this kernel.
However it is better patched and not having the full rc2 release as
without it and pushing it to stable with the flaw ...

Plan is to release Manjaro 16.10 package-wise today and then I think
about doing another RC for the install media for final public testing.
