[manjaro-dev] Seems Sourceforge has upload issues

Maybe it is account related? I'm uploading to my manjaro-deepin one just 
now without problems and then wanted to copy the files in the shell.
Normally when you open a ticket at SF they react very quickly.
I had it in the past that one account was completey unavailable and they 
fixed it immediately.
