[manjaro-dev] push to stable request: liblouis update

hi all

I've figured out a lot of the problems the updates have been causing 
with sonar. For some reason, probably negligence  on my part, sonar 
images have been built with the unstable branch by default. I've fixed 
this and encouraged all sonar users to switch to the stable branch. 
Would someone mind pushing the liblouis 3.0 update to stable for me? I'd 
do it myself but I'm not sure how, and phil always told me not to sync 
to stable unless I knew what I was doing, and I'm not that confident 
yet. Also, would it be possible to add to pamac the ability to switch 
between the three branches in preferences? I've gotten a lot of requests 
from sonar users to add this feature. I'm well aware the 
manjaro-settings-manager can do this but it's completely inaccessible so 
we can't use it.
