[manjaro-dev] [iso-profiles] sama conf removal

Hi list,

I am going to remove samba configuration from iso profiles.
I have added all necessary in the concerning code parts and profile.conf 
to setup a workgroup name.
We could expand samba settings, let me know what is urgent to have.
Calamares and buildiso will be updated to support it, the live packages 
are already up to date.
