[manjaro-dev] Ubuntu is building Firefox 47, looks like a security update

The Ubuntu changelog points to a (currently) inaccessible security
notice USN-2993-1: http://www.ubuntu.com/usn/USN-2993-1/

Nightly hasn't updated yet so it looks like 47 fixes a serious issue. I
suggest someone builds Firefox for Manjaro so we don't have to wait for
Arch.
