[manjaro-dev] issue in pamac-manager

Hi Philip Müller,

I'm using Xfce, the default DE, without adding or removing any other DE.
My theme 'Menda Dark'.

Yet, I got that warning since the first time I used pamac, so I don't 
think this could be considered part of error.
